The Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director, Business and Alliance Management in the Strategic Partnerships and Outsourcing team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical vendor oversight and analytics, with the ability to manage priorities, solve complex problems, and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.Here's What You'll Do:

  • Provide input to partnership priorities and manage these priorities in alignment with study and portfolio needs.
  • Organizational networking skills and attention to detail with minimal support and direction required from manager on areas of focus.
  • Capable of complex problem-solving with minimal support in core responsibilities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with peer stakeholders both internal and external to the organization.
  • Ability to collaborate on deliverables across functional areas.
  • Work with colleagues to define strategy and vision for partnerships, utilising data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and focus.
  • Initiate and manage alliance-related projects and timelines, identify critical path items, deficiencies, and efficiencies, and identify interdependencies and areas for improvement.
  • Support alliance managers with analytics and performance/quality reporting, manage governance logistics and scheduling, and present quarterly metrics.
  • Converse comfortably on relevant GXP concepts with internal/external stakeholders and can translate concepts into appropriate daily decision-making.
  • Support CRO/vendors reporting of finance, performance and quality metrics for partnership tracking and forecasting.Here's What You'll Bring to the Table:
    • BA/BS, advanced degree preferred.
    • 6+ years of experience working in clinical vendor oversight and analytics.
    • 8+ years in clinical research.
    • Proficient knowledge of drug development and ICH/GCP requirements.
    • Excellent verbal and written skills.
