Join Takeda as an Associate Director, HEPA Patient Access where you
will provide operational and strategic leadership to ensure
successful implementation and execution of Patient Access programs
and initiatives, including holistic access planning and operational
strategy and execution of non-trial pre-approval access programs
(IPR, NPP)
You will also maintain relationships with various external partners
and vendors that support HEPA Patient Access objectives and
initiatives. Develop and implement training and communication plans
to build awareness and understanding of patient access programs and
initiatives to key stakeholders within the organization.
HEPA Patient Access serves as a center of excellence within
Takeda's GPD division. We facilitate patient access to Takeda's
investigational medicines throughout the drug development process,
including non-trial pre-approval access programs including
Individual Patient Request (IPR) and Named Patient Programs (NPP).
Support capability building both internally and externally to
address patient access barriers and establish Takeda as a leader in
global healthcare. Embed patient access principles and policies
within and across the organization to support our patient-centric
culture. As part of the HEPA Patient Access, you will report to the
Head of Patient Access, Early Pipeline/IPR.

This position is currently classified as "hybrid" in accordance
with Takeda's Hybrid and Remote Work policy.
Base Salary Range: $143,500 - $205,000, based on candidate
professional experience level. Employees may also be eligible for
Short-term and Long-Term Incentive benefits as well. Employees are
eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance,
401(k), Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days &
Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program and Paid Volunteer Time
Off.
The final salary offered for this position may take into account a
number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills,
education, and experience.
