Job Description - Director, Real World Evidence (230362) Director, Real World Evidence ( Job Number: 230362 ) Overview [Provide a high level overview of the position, team, and primary areas of focus for the role, as well as any other relevant information] Reporting to the Senior Director, Value Demonstration, the Director RWD will support real world data analyses across multiple late stage and pipeline assets.They will collaborate with cross-functional colleagues (Epidemiology, Biostatistics, HEOR, Medical Directors, Market Access) in delivering analytics and insights using medical claims and electronic health records .They will provide scientific and technical guidance on study design, conduct analyses on in-house RWD assets, and contribute to RWD acquisition strategy and tool evaluation. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the use of RWD and demonstrated success working in multi-disciplinary teams. This position is hybrid onsite and will be primarily located at [Cambridge]. Key Responsibilities - Conduct and consult on claims and EMR data analyses to support HEOR, market access, and medical affairs. o Treatment patterns and drug utilization o Burden of disease o Inputs for economic models - Serve as internal statistical expert for vendor led or collaborative claims/EMR projects and review all analytical activities and deliverables (analysis plans, code lists, results). - Collaborate in assessment of real world data sources, tools and technologies Qualifications [List out educational and experiential qualifications indicating if the qualification is required or preferred.This may include, but is not limited to: degrees, certifications, years of experience, specific technical skills, interpersonal or soft skills, experience with specific technologies.]

• Graduate degree from an accredited institution in applied analytic disciplines, such as epidemiology, health outcomes, health informatics, biostatistics or health economics
• Masters with ten (10) years of experience in the analysis of RWD or PhD with seven (7) years of experience
• Mandatory experience working with large healthcare databases such as Merative and EMR data.
• Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skills necessary to evaluate, plan and accomplish multiple work goals in a timely fashion.
