Job Description:
As the Director of People, you'll drive the strategic
prioritization and operational approach to cultivating, developing,
and retaining the best talent. You will lead the People Operations
function, building and iterating on processes to reflect the talent
needs of our organization. You will partner with our Leadership
teams (including the CEO, CTO, CFO and CMO), supporting their
teams' growth and helping meet their business goals. You will
energetically tackle the challenges faced by a growing and evolving
organization, problem-solving for the current and future state of
Iterative Health to help the company tackle its mission.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the People function to provide Iterative Health with
strategic direction and operational support for people-related
priorities
- Partner with the Executive team to proactively identify and
address People-related opportunities and challenges
- Evolve company culture and employee engagement, ensuring the
mission and values are understood and felt throughout the entire
organization
- Refine and lead a competitive compensation and benefits
approach that supports the acquisition and retention of top
talent
- Develop and implement diversity, equity, inclusion, and
belonging initiatives to build and maintain teams who can deliver
on our mission of bringing equity to healthcare
Required Skills:
- You've helped scale the people function in a venture-backed
startup that have quickly grown to over 250+ employees and have
effectively supported the business and business leaders during that
growth
- You've launched, revised and utilized people processes (e.g.
total rewards, etc.) and initiatives to support individual, team
and company performance (e.g. performance review cycle, career
ladders, training and development initiatives, employee engagement
surveys, etc)
- You've built strategic DEIB plans and/or initiatives that
connect to all parts of the People team's work
- You are skilled at using data to assess and communicate
information and trends related to People, performance, and
compensation to a Board-level audience
- You've managed a team of at least 3 people (including managers)
within People
- You are able to work 2 days per week in Cambridge, MA
Preferred Skills:
- You've worked at organizations with large technical
teams
- You've worked within a hybrid organization and understand the
impact this has on the employee experience
