Job DescriptionAt Novartis, you play a key role in shaping the employee experience of all 14,000 US associates, supporting them in our curious, inspired and unbossed culture journey and engaging them in our Innovative Medicines US patient-focused strategy to become a top five pharmaceutical company in the US by 2025. -Provide advice and guidance, and act as business partner to Head, C&E NIBR to design and deliver impactful and associate-centric communication strategies to the enterprise; be part of the NIBR C&E team and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure and drive business affinity.-Work in partnership with Executive Communications Lead to continue to develop positioning for Head of NIBR within the context of our CEO and Executives Comms strategy and make her/him a key voice on relevant topics within Novartis.-Ensure effective project management and budget control for communications support so the programs are delivered to a high standard on time and within budget-Work with the integrated AE team to ensure the right practice skills and capabilities are aligned to execute these strategies.Primary Responsibilities:---Help to deliver a future ready and industry leading approach to the practice of Associate Engagement at Novartis and support the fully integrated and flexible operating model.---Work within the integrated model to define prioritized body of work for your function/unit/program and subsequently for AE and ensure that the right skills and capabilities are aligned to executing the strategy with excellence.---Assesses the business requirements and uses best practice creative communications solutions to support the function/unit/program requirements. ---Work within the Associate Engagement team, co-creating and leading prioritized communications strategy, plans and activities on behalf of the business function/unit/program to the enterprise, aligned to and supportive of the overall Novartis business strategy and the strategic goals of the business.---Counsel Executive Management and key leaders in all aspects of employee engagement communications, coach and support them to grow their skills as engaging leaders and work to deliver a consistent employee experience for all associates in the business unit or global function.---Design and deploy effective measurement strategies: Ensure audience-led approach and constantly consider how we enrich associate experience and improve the value of what we communicate. ---Develop and implement innovation to the communication models and approaches in AE, bringing the outside in and ensuring that we stay at the cutting edge of communication best practices.
