making innovative drugs accessible for patients. They influence
decision-making in cross-functional international teams from early
to late phase drug development.
We are in search of an Biostatician (Principal/Sr
Principal/Associate Director) to join the Early Development
Analytics team. Come to an industry leader where you will be
responsible for all statistical work, scientific and operational,
in collaboration with the clinical trial teams and other
quantitative partners in the analytics team.
What you'll be doing: Your responsibilities include, but are not
limited to:
--- All statistical tasks on the assigned trials.
--- Protocol development in alignment with the development plan,
developing statistical analysis plan, reporting activities.
--- Planning and execution of exploratory analyses and statistical
consultation within your cross-functional teams
--- Lead development and implementation of innovation in
statistical methodology and trial design
--- Responsible for strategic statistical input and influence into
one or more projects
--- As partner to clinical and scientific leadership, drive
strategic statistical input to development programs within the
assigned TA/DA/indications
--- Contribute to external engagement with consultants, advisory
boards, health authorities, congresses, and scientific meetings
--- Mentor new hires and/or junior Statisticians
This position will be located at the Cambridge, MA site and will
not have the ability to be located remotely. This position will
require 0% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or
international).

role:
--- Education: MS (in statistics or equivalent) or PhD (in
statistics or equivalent) with the below experience:
--- Principal - PhD preferred OR MS with 4+ years' relevant
experience
--- Senior Principal - PhD with 3+ years' relevant experience
preferred OR MS with 7+ years' relevant experience
--- Associate Director - PhD with 6+ years' relevant experience
preferred OR MS with 10+ years' relevant experience
*Position will be filled at level to commensurate with experience.
(May be hired at the Principal, Senior Principal, and Associate
Director levels)
--- Fluent English (oral and written)
--- Strong communication and presentation skills

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is
expected to be between Principal: $136,800-$205,200K; Senior
Principal: $136,800-$205,200; Associate Director: $158,499-$237,600
a year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple
individualized factors, including market location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package
for this position may also include other elements, including a
sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in
addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other
benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off
benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave),
dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in
these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an
offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will
position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary
(as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation
program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual
performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and
market factors.
