global supply chain, and one of the main workstreams of this
program is 'Manufacturing Excellence.' This workstream is
responsible for implementing sustainable operational improvements
that will translate into financial benefits for the company.
To support this workstream, Stanley Black & Decker is building a
world-class Manufacturing Excellence team that will work closely
with manufacturing leaders and their teams to deliver these
improvements.
The Job:
The Director of Manufacturing Excellence will manage multiple
Manufacturing Excellence deployments across Stanley Black &
Decker's global manufacturing network and supply chain to drive
operational and financial benefits. They will also lead and develop
a team of Manufacturing Excellence managers and engineers.
This role is fundamentally a key agent for change within Stanley
Black & Decker that requires a laser-like focus on rapid
operational improvement coupled with the use of the Stanley
Production System to ensure sustainable change. You'll get to:
