Job Description:
Portfolio Governance and Program Manager. Local candidates to work
a hybrid work schedule.
As a part of the Governance and Program Management team with the
PM&L organization, the Portfolio Governance and Program Manager
will play a critical role in sustaining Excellence in Program
Management, foster a culture of community to share learnings, that
will impact NIBR portfolio to accelerate and advance innovative
therapies.
Your responsibilities:
--- Change Management and Communication
o Add value in initiatives that foster the NIBR Global Program
Management (GPM) community: Town Halls, knowledge sharing,
team-building activities, offsite.
o Make communication a pillar of program management: make sure
cross-functional initiatives and learnings are shared, within and
outside the Program Management organization (e.g., Learning,
Portfolio Systems, TM, etc.); assess current channels effectiveness
and propose alternative ways of communicating if needed; build and
manage communications plan.
o Design and implement change management solutions to ensure teams
are effectively in the loop of key initiatives enabling them to
advance projects without any slow-down, and enable a sense of
belonging and collaboration within the community.
--- Center of Excellence & Best Practice within NIBR GPM:
o Key players in shaping Near Term Objectives (NTO) to support the
Big Bold Objective (BBO) for NIBR GPM community
Sustain the wide portfolio of CoE initiatives, influencing
setting-up priorities and long-term vision.
Actively leads best practices initiatives from initiation to
rollout and sustain phase leveraging cross-industry knowledge.
Leverage best practice from other organizations, influence
initiatives outside Program Management that can be benefit our team
and ***.
Track non-pipeline initiatives progress and provide status to CoE,
supporting the organization of the team meetings
o Generates materials to enable effective discussion, including
presentations, dashboard, agenda, meeting minutes and action
items.
o Sustain the OneProgram mind-set both connecting NIBR with GDD and
commercial and facilitating consistencies in DA specific governance
practices.
o In collaboration with Head, Early Development Portfolio
Effectiveness drive initiatives that will facilitate the One***
vision for best practice and portfolio perspective.
--- Business Analytics
o In collaboration with the Portfolio Analytics team, provide data
insights for the NIBR Portfolio:
Generate dashboards and supports enhancements for Governance board
decisions.
Leverage the Program Management community to provide business
insights.
o Enhance quality of plans and information sharing across the
organization.
Lead initiatives to increase data quality across NIBR GPM
Community.
In collaboration with Portfolio Systems, address data
inconsistencies in NIBR system in collaboration with Program
Managers.
Actively works with Portfolio Systems and Portfolio Analytics
groups to continuously improve the way we capture, track and report
project and program data.
Support Portfolio Systems initiatives communications and change
management.
What you will bring to the role:
--- Bachelor's Degree in a science, engineering, communication or
administrative field.
--- At least 9-12 years of relevant professional experience in
Pharma, biotech, or consultant industry, preferably with a blend of
experience in project management, drug development, communication,
and change management roles.
--- Experience in early development is a plus.
--- Fluent English (oral and written), other languages are an
additional asset.
--- Strong verbal and written communication.
--- Excellent interpersonal and information management skills.
--- Demonstrated experience in leading / managing cross-functional
teams.
--- Advanced skill in facilitating/optimizing the contribution of
diverse team members.
--- Agility in understanding complex technical and scientific
issues.
--- Demonstrated a global mind-set and cultural awareness.
--- Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities.
