and the Center for Reading Recovery and Literacy Collaborative is
seek a Project Manager for Literacy Programs. The successful
candidate supports high quality Literacy professional development
to in-service teachers and administrators, both in-person and
virtually. Project management includes managing a team of two
project coordinators to accomplish a wide-range of administrative
duties to include: Scheduling courses in Colleague, SharePoint file
maintenance, communication with participants and faculty, tracking
event attendance, Zoom support, post event wrap-up and other data
management responsibilities. The position offers opportunities to
develop and deepen proficiency on a wide range of technology
systems including MS SharePoint, Colleague, Excel, Zoom, Kaltura,
and others.Qualities and CapabilitiesThe successful candidate will
have:
- Bachelor's Degree plus 4-6 years customer facing administrative
and supervisory experience
- Ability to establish efficient systems and manage and
prioritize multiple tasks with shifting priorities
- Ability to deliver completed projects on deadline.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and
organizational skills with attention to detail
- Competency with Microsoft Office applications, databases, and
video technology
- Strong ability to manage big picture while maintaining
attention to detail
- Knowledge and/or experience of public education environment a
plus
- Successful experience working as a team player, willing to
share knowledge, ideas, and collaborative energyPM22Why
