The RoleReporting to the Head of Global Marketing for COVID Vaccines, and located in our Cambridge, MA corporate headquarters, the Sr. Brand Manager, Marketing - COVID-19 will take responsibility and ownership for developing the promotional content to help pull through and execute the Global Brand Strategy for Moderna's COVID-19 vaccines.Spikevax Bivalent is a truly groundbreaking product. Moderna launched Spikevax to the globe and continues to be seen as a leader in vaccine development in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. In this role, you will be joining Moderna at a critical time for Moderna and their COVID-19 Vaccines. As the pandemic and vaccines evolve, this role will be a key contributor within Moderna's newly chartered Vaccines commercial organizationHere's What You'll Do

  • Lead the development of personal and non-personal promotional content that supports the Global Brand Strategy.
  • Work closely with the Global Marketing Directors for COVID Vaccines to develop and execute content and campaigns for Healthcare Providers, Key Opinion Leaders, and Digital Opinion Leaders.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and other vendor to ensure that projects are adhering to agreed timelines.
  • Help lead the development of modular and omnichannel content capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the legal, medical, and regulatory teams at every stage of development of promotional content to ensure we are delivering the highest quality resources that help drive the Global Brand Strategy.
  • Deliver best-practice project management oversight for the development of content.
  • Comply with corporate policies and procedures as well as all applicable healthcare laws and regulations
  • Work closely with Regional / Country Marketing and Commercial leaders to translate the global marketing strategy in operational regional/ local plans where relevant.Here's What You'll Need (Minimum Qualifications)
    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • Minimum 7 years of experience within marketing (either global or local), sales, or market access required
    • Minimum 2 years' experience working in biotech/pharma Here's What You'll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)
      • Successful track record building promotional resources and content.
      • Ability to collaborate among a range of key areas (Regional/Local Marketing, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, Communications)
      • Experience with Digital Marketing, Digital Engagement, and Modular Content
      • The individual needs to demonstrate a competitive spirit and resiliency to take on "giants" in what is a highly competitive marketplace.
      • Intense sense of urgency, curiosity, and ambition to excel and build something from the ground up, navigating all the requisite ambiguity and complexity that comes with writing the rulebook while executing in real time
      • Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration and influencing skills across internal and external stakeholders
      • Strong ability to work independently or as part of a team with the ability to self-motivate and get things done in a fast-paced environment
      • Experience and strong understanding in commercial launch will be important for the fast pace of COVID Commercialization and evolving vaccines landscape
