Senior Customer Success Manager
Job Description
Quality Coding Software Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to support our Managed Care and Community based healthcare customers. We offer an exciting opportunity to support health care insurers and providers in improving health care outcomes for vulnerable populations. Our solutions positively impact over one hundred thousand health plan members.

  • Develop a strong knowledge of our Healthcare SaaS Solutions
  • Become a thought leader on how to evolve our solutions to best meet evolving customer needs and industry needs
  • Shape the Customer Success Function by building new and improving existing processes
  • Manage all aspects of customer relationship
    • Work with customers in consultative manner by understanding needs and providing strategic and tactical advice
    • Perform monthly or quarterly account reviews and updates
    • Document and translate customer needs into product requirements
    • Communicate new features and encourage adoption
    • Lead product configuration, implementation, and training
    • Lead account maintenance and account support
    • Effectively communicate and coordinate with the product team
    • Support sales and growth initiatives
      Qualifications and Experience
      • 5 - 10 years working for a healthcare software business
      • Experience managing customer relationships
      • Knowledge of healthcare IT systems, healthcare assessments, and value-based care
      • Detail oriented, self-starter with a desire to learn and take on new responsibilities
      • An entrepreneurial, energetic, and optimistic attitude
      • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
      • Excellent written and oral communication skills
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
        • Positions are available at QCSS headquarters located in Cambridge, MA or remotely.
        • Candidate must be willing to travel to customer locations throughout the Northeast (10% or less).
          Hiring Process
          • The initial screen will be a 30 minute call
          • The first interview will be a 60 minute video call
          • The second interview will be a 90 minute video call
          • The last part of the process will be a reference check
            Background Checks/Federal HealthCare Program Exclusion Lists Screening
            Candidates for this position will be required to undergo a pre-employment background check. All QCSS employees are subject to annual screening to ensure that they have not been excluded from the Federal Healthcare Programs (using the OIG and GSA Exclusion Lists) or State Medicaid Programs. The Company's pre-employment background check and OIG/GSA Exclusion Lists screening program is administered in compliance with all federal, state and local laws.
