Job Description:

This individual will provide strategic and operational support in preparation for the best-in-class launch of Efanesoctocog Alfa (Efa). He/she will work closely with Global Brand Lead on strategic planning, forecasting (demand, financial), and internal/external communications. The successful candidate will develop KPIs, monitor launch readiness and country performance, and identify opportunities to improve overall effectiveness. In addition, the individual will serve as the representative for the brand on key cross-functional taskforces and support marketing initiatives as needed.This role will be dynamic and highly cross functional, requiring strong engagement with cross-functional partners, senior leadership, and SOBI alliance partners.This is a great opportunity to help launch a transformative priority asset. Position will report to Global Brand Lead, Efanesoctocog Alfa ( BIVV001).Role Responsibilities :

  • Oversee coordination of strategic planning and budget processes for the brand
  • Develop guidance for global forecasting processes. Work closely with forecasting, analytics, affiliates to optimize brand forecasts
  • Identify key KPIs for the brand in alignment with strategic priorities and coordinate data collection into trackers, dashboards.
  • Lead competitive planning and guide market research/analytic exercises in alignment with brand priorities
  • Support and monitor country performance and launch readiness. Identify and communicate market drivers & barriers, and best practices
  • Lead development of internal communication plan to help build excitement for launch of priority brand
  • Coordinate planning for IR communications and executive presentations
  • Support and lead marketing/commercial initiatives as needed.
  • Serve as brand representative in critical meetings and taskforces (e.g. global demand review)
  • Act as a catalyst for innovation, monitoring internal and external initiatives
  • Partner with SOBI counterpart when appropriateQualifications:
    • Bachelors degree and 5+ years of biopharma experience with at least 2 years in product/brand management, and/or strategic marketing
    • Demonstrated ability to drive results working in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.
    • Understanding of market research, creative development, and experience with regulatory review/approval process.
    • Experience analyzing data and synthesizing insights
    • Readiness to travel (up to 20% of time)Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience managing an advertising agency and related budgets
