As a Health and Safety Director, you will:
- Incorporate our company mission, culture, and values to
maintain an inclusive environment and positive relationships with
families, staff, and clients.
- Regularly monitor the center's programs to assess program
quality and that the children's learning is effectively documented
- Lead compliance with licensing and accreditation standards,
health and safety protocols, company policies, and new employee
Candidates must pass required state and company background checks,
and meet state and company minimum education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field
highly preferred; Associate degree required with educational plan
to complete Bachelor's degree
- At least two years of center supervisory or administrative
experience in a high-quality program required, experience working
in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred
- At least two years of professional child care teaching
- Candidates must be fully vaccinated or undergo weekly testing
for COVID-19 (testing supplies and tracking provided by Bright
Horizons) to ensure compliance with enhanced health and safety
protocols and to keep yourself and others safe and free from
