Job Description:
The OpportunityLesley University seeks an Assistant Director of
Facilities and Operations to provide day-to-day leadership and
coordination of the university's facilities capital projects and
operations. Reporting to the Director of Facilities and Operations,
the selected candidate will lead the operations team to prioritize
projects, estimate project costs, project scheduling needs, and

have:A Bachelor's Degree is requiredA Minimum 5-7 years' experience
in facilities operationsStrong leadership skills to develop and
maintain relationships and partnerships with customers,
stakeholders, peers, and business partners in a collaborative
mannerOrganizational ability to define/refine and implement
efficient customer-centric processes and proceduresExperience with
industry best practice standardsStrong computer skills, including
MS Project requiredKnowledge of building systems requiredKnowledge
of OSHA regulations, building codes, environmental agency
requirements, life safety standards, etcDemonstrated
problem-solving, analytical, leadership, communication, and
independent decision-making skills requiredMust be flexible,
adaptable, and work well as part of a team, while taking initiative
to resolve problemsExpressing InterestA letter of interest,
CV/resume, and a statement addressing past and/or potential
contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion through teaching,
professional activity, and/or service must be included for full
