**JOB TITLE:**
**Director, US HCP and Market Development Lead for CRSwNP (Chronic
Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps)**
**JOB OVERVIEW:**
Sanofi focuses on complex disease areas where there is a
significant unmet need with the goal of developing and delivering
best-in-category treatments.
Dupixent is a significant growth driver for Sanofi.
Dupixent is a monoclonal antibody targeting Type 2 inflammatory
diseases by blocking IL 4 and IL 13 cytokines. These cytokines play
a key role in many atopic and allergic diseases such as Atopic
Dermatitis (AD), CRS, Nasal Polyps, Eosinophilic Esophagitis, and
other dermatologic and respiratory diseases
The Dermatology and Respiratory indications serve as anchors for
this product which is referred to as a "pipeline in a product", due
to the many indications that are approved or are being studied. In
less than 2 years since first approval, DUPIXENT achieved
blockbuster status and requires top talent to shepherd our success
in CRS for DUPIXENT.
**The Director, US HCP and Market Development Marketing CRSwNP**
will be responsible for leading the development, execution and
measurement of key HCP marketing strategies and tactics to support
the Chronic Rhinosinusitis (CRS) and Franchise consumer
materials.
The position will be based in Cambridge Massachusetts and will
report the Head of CRS for Dupixent
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Lead key elements of the brand promotional mix for unbranded and
branded professional campaigns
+ Develop and roll-out HCP in-office materials
+ Continuously assess and validate of HCP messaging, brand
differentiation and competitive promotion response
+ Continuously assess and validate alignment with Dupixent
franchise and Global strategies and opportunities to leverage
franchise synergies
+ Develop and execute of the CRSwNP non-personal strategy,
including customer segmentation
+ Leadership and overall execution of a promotional and unbranded
speaker's bureau, including content approval, speaker
credentialing, training, utilization, and metrics assessment
+ Build strong relationship with TLL (Thought Leader Liaison) team
that support the brand, driving strong alignment on execution of
tactics
+ Strategy and execution of advisory board process and
execution
+ Support development and execution of strategic marketing tactics
associated with medical congresses and field-based thought leader
liaisons
+ Close collaboration with alliance partners
+ Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and
cross-functional teams that support the brand, driving strong
alignment
+ Manage agency partners as needed to develop and execute on
strategy
+ Manage key HCP Marketing budgeting responsibilities
+ Manage our promotional material internal review submission
process
+ Work effectively within the established corporate and industry
compliance guidelines
+ Act as a sponsor and ally for inclusion and diversity in all
elements of our business
+ Comply with all forms of legal and statutory regulation within
domain of responsibility, including compliance with applicable
SOPs, industry codes of practice and best practices and actively
support and promote a compliance culture and safe environment
throughout the organization

+ Proven success in building HCP marketing strategic and tactical
plans
+ Previous experience in developing HCP market development
strategies and tactical plans
+ Ability to influence, mobilize, and manage a complex set of
internal and external stakeholders
+ Strong business and scientific background
+ Ability to work with Medical experts
+ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
+ Strong project management skills
+ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and
presentation skills
+ Passionate, confident, articulate, and comfortable in a team
environment
+ Strong presentation skills, project management expertise, & an
ability to bridge marketing and science
+ Understanding of market research, creative development, and
experience with the regulatory review/approval process.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Minimum requirements: BA or BSc
+ Minimum 7-10 years in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
+ Previous US biologic marketing experience preferred
+ Respiratory and market dynamics experience preferred
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Strong educational background - MBA
+ MBA or other advanced degree
+ Experience working in a Joint Venture/Alliance
