Product Manager role is an independent contributor who will deal
with complex systems being designed for challenging AI/ML problems
and will work with rapidly evolving technologies and internal
technology platform teams to define unique solutions. The Product
Manager will be responsible for leading global products with high
visual innovation. Working closely with our internal and external
team of highly skilled technical resources, the individual will
define and develop the products of the AI/ML platform for data
consolidation and scientific computing tasks. This role will have
an emphasis on development of AI products, tracking and mitigating
risks, communications with senior leaders, and ensuring excellent
product fit with our business partners. As we design scientific
experiments that generate data that works to the strengths of
machine learning approaches, we need to develop methods for
assessing feasibility and ensuring strategic alignment. This role
will focus on the delivery of novel AI/ML methods to scientific
problems. This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key
activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include
some of the following: Create, drive, and manage AI project goals,
the 'why' and the 'what' of each product, and metrics to measure
success. Ensure product focus and partner with key stakeholders to
establish the vision, socialize the strategy, and drive
implementation Develop and drive data requirements and sequencing
with respect to model development and project plan execution for
on-time project delivery. Working in 2-week sprints and delivering
timely comprehensive retrospectives to AI/ML LT. Contribute to the
effective management of the AI Risk register and GSK data
governance. Ensure all projects are adhering to the planning,
reporting, ethics -and governance processes Why you? Basic
Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these
required skills to achieve our goals: Experience in leading global
products with imaging technologies Deep expertise in a basic
science Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Math etc. Experience with AI
modeling, software product management and infrastructure Preferred
Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would
be a plus: Master's degree or above, in a Chemistry, Biology,
Physics or related quantitative field Proven ability to influence,
communicate and negotiate with all levels of management across
functional and business unit boundaries Demonstrated ability to
navigate ambiguity, define success criteria, and deliver a strategy
Demonstrated experience organizing and motivating teams of
individuals from multiple departments outside of his/her control
(e.g., matrix team members) Proven ability to understand process
improvement and change management issues associated with the
