The Project Manager, Business Operations is part of the TechOps
team and helps to manage business operations for the team. The
incumbent is responsible for planning projects as well as support
of day-to-day operations within the team. Building and managing a
communication strategy for the team will be an essential
deliverable for this role. Key Responsibilities: Business
Operations/Project Management Develop project plans to deliver on
key projects within the TechOps team; proactively identify issues;
develop and manage project deliverables; define and track key
project metrics. Plan and facilitate cross-functional project
meetings (e.g., team meetings); design, implement and track meeting
agendas, meeting minutes and action items. Support the
prioritization of team initiatives and engagement with
cross-functional colleagues needed to drive these programs.
Responsible for Communications including building a Hub page.
Support the team in building SmartSheet dashboards, and other
metrics tracking applications. Basic Qualifications: 2 year(s) of
professional experience in a project management role, including
familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g.
SharePoint, Confluence, SmartSheet) Draft and help execute
communication plans for program stakeholders and strategy slides,
including timelines, risks and overall prioritizations. Facilitate
external collaborations and cross-functional activities related to
assigned projects as required. Other duties as assigned. Preferred
Qualifications: Advanced project management certification (PMP or
equivalent) Demonstrated ability to coordinate across teams and
integrate all aspects of the business as they impact development
projects, including negotiation of scope, roles and
responsibilities, specifications, timelines, and resources up,
across, and down in the organization History of influencing within
a complex, matrixed environment Demonstrated innovative and
flexible approach to leadership, problem solving, and collaboration
Education: Bachelor---s Degree in a relevant field Advanced project
management certification (PMP or equivalent)
