KAYAK is seeking a highly-motivated Client Services, Account Manager to deal exclusively with our digital adverting partners. The Account Manager will collaborate with internal and external partners to improve the client's performance and success.
To be successful you have a deep understanding of digital advertising space, client satisfaction, be detail oriented and have outstanding analytical skills. You will work closely with KAYAK's ad sales and commercial teams. You are a self-starter and able to thrive in an agile, dynamic, and data-driven environment. This position is based in North America, preferably Boston-MA or Stamford-CT.
In this role, you will:

  • Manage the communication and relationship of all advertising campaigns
  • Analytically track and optimize campaigns to meet client objectives
  • Collaborate closely with sales team to build and maintain relationships with clients, that include ongoing strategic consultation and support
  • Drive implementation of client plans across multiple teams and products
  • Clearly communicate progress of campaigns to clients and internal partners
  • Ability to work on several competing priorities, displaying critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Provide monthly invoices and work with client team to resolve discrepancies

    Please apply if:

    • 4+ years of experience in managing digital advertising accounts and or client relationship
    • Proven track record of exceeding client expectations with superior account management
    • Solid understanding of online media industry
    • Strong analytical ability
    • High attention to detail
    • Proficient in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
    • Experience with social media buying platforms, a plus
    • BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
    • Good sense of humor and likes working in an unstructured, fast paced environment
