Senior Manager/Associate Director - Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution

Job Description:

Remote Flexibility: 1-2 Days On-Site Each Week
Responsibilities:

  • Technical proficiency in clinical supply chain technologies and processes including clinical labeling and distribution
  • Lead and track day-to-day shipping logistics and ensure timely delivery of materials to support program(s) requirements
  • Establish, lead, and optimize company's external warehousing network for cold chain storage of Company owned materials
  • Establish and maintain Company trade compliance program
  • Work closely with the cross-functional teams to develop and maintain dynamic integrated operational plans to ensure uninterrupted supply of material, such as starting materials, bulk drug substance and product, finished goods in support of research and clinical trial demand
  • Establish company's Clinical inventory management systems including managing global depot inventory supporting clinical studies. Review inventory reports and prepare inventory balance changes to accurately reflect the flow of materials, ensuring lot traceability
  • Assess, manage, and track the purchase, distribution and labeling of comparator products and other miscellaneous ancillary clinical trial material
  • Ensure that key project milestones are met
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 7+ years of pharmaceutical supply chain experience
      Preferred Experience:
      • Degree in life or health sciences, such as Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Supply Chain
      • Knowledge of clinical supply during pharmaceutical development
      • Strong organizational and forecasting skills
      • Ability to strategically plan, organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
      • Ability to maintain accurate records and files in accordance with GxPs and SOPs
      • Demonstrated track record of creativity and problem solving within a regulated environment
      • Ability to exercise independent judgment with minimal supervision
      • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team first environment
        Travel Requirements:
        • Travel domestically and internationally, as needed
