People is responsible for developing and executing human resource
strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic
direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent
recruitment and retention, change management, organizational and
performance management, training and development, and
compensation.The position is also responsible for financial
analysis and preparing financial reports for investors/BOD;
developing and maintaining an effective system of accounting;
managing the payroll system and maintaining accurate financial
records for audit. You will serve as a thought leader to improve
processes, drive standardization, and build scalable reporting and
scalable solutions.Responsibilities: --- - - - - - -Collaborates
with executive leadership to define the organization's long-term
mission and goals; identifies ways to support this mission through
talent management --- - - - - - -Partner with senior leadership in
support of strategic discussions, decision making, and creation of
the venture's strategic objectives and action plans --- - - - - -
-Align operational and performance goals/KPIs that support the
Company's strategic plans --- - - - - - -Recruits, interviews,
hires, and on-boards new members --- - - - - - -Provides guidance
and leadership to the management, handles resolution of human
resource, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and
issues --- - - - - - -Ensures compliance with employment, benefits,
insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements
--- - - - - - -Financial planning and business partnership -Works
with business leaders to prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and
short to longer-term strategic plans. Forecasts and manages the
Company's cash flow. Works with sales leadership to determine
future revenue, profitability, and sales projection pipeline.
Provides business decision support, such as evaluating pricing
policies, assessing profitability of different parts of the
business and identifying possible cost reductions --- - - - - -

- -Oversees administrative functions as well as facilities to
ensure efficient and consistent operationsRequired
Skills/Abilities: --- - - - - - -Previous experience in early-stage
high growth and venture or private equity backed business a plus

resource information systems --- - - - - - -Ability to work in a
fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and to balance changing
