Location: United States- Cambridge, Massachusetts, must already have US work authorization.Position Summary:The Sr. Director, HCP Marketing, Gastroenterology will lead execution of the US strategic business direction for EoE HCP Promotion. Demonstrated strategic agility with launching biologics and strong professional marketing experience is required. Responsibilities include strategic planning, development, and implementation of creative campaigns, while ensuring a strong differentiation from the competition. In addition, this role will lead cross-functional execution to ensure flawless coordination of activities across the organization. This role will report to the US Head of Marketing for Gastroenterology.Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the US EoE HCP marketing brand plan and ensure excellence in execution while ensuring consistency across functions Competencies and expectations associated with this role include but are not limited to the following:
    • Continuous assessment and validation of brand differentiation and reasons to believe
    • Brand positioning and message development
    • Unbranded campaign as needed
    • HCP Digital MCM strategy development and tactical execution
    • Development of HCP in-office support strategy and materials
    • Customer segmentation and implementation strategies.
    • Partner with consumers and market development teams to have a consistent campaign.
    • Lead field communication around asthma and ensure appropriate training in partnership with training team.
    • Partner with sales leadership to gather relevant feedback and competitive intelligence
    • Brand lead for the Joint Regulatory Committee (JRC); oversee all JRC meetings and coordinate OPDP submission of launch materials for Gastroenterology.
    • Manage advertising agency partner and other vendors to ensure execution towards objectives.
    • Lead performance management: development of Sr. Leadership performance updates, coordinate performance review meeting activities and work with market research and analytics to develop and generate appropriate data.
    • Contribute to the congress strategy for EoE
    • Support the development and management of the Dupixent EoE HCP marketing budget.
    • Partner across functions and therapeutic areas to enhance Dupixent's overall value proposition.
    • Act as a sponsor and ally for inclusion and diversity in all elements of our business
    • Comply with all forms of legal and statutory regulation within domain of responsibility, including compliance with applicable SOPs, industry codes of practice and best practices and actively support and promote a compliance culture and safe environment throughout the organizationExperience Qualifications:
      • 5-10+ years' experience in product/brand management, and/or strategic marketing, commercial / business development with product launch experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries
      • MBA or Master's Degree.
      • A comprehensive understanding of the key dynamics driving the US health care environment
      • Biologic product launch experience
      • Experience of working in an alliance and cross-functional matrix organization
      • A deep understanding of the Gastroenterology market
      • Understanding of market research, creative development, and experience with the regulatory review/approval processProfessional Skills:

        • Ability to quickly understand and communicate all clinical data / publications to support business objectives
        • Ability to lead in an ambiguous environment across different functions and company cultures

        • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups which may include Marketing, Global Marketing, Sales, Research & Development, Medical Affairs, Business Development, Market Research, Life Cycle Management and Finance
        • Ability to think creatively and lead innovative projects
        • Ability to interact widely and effectively with co-promote partner (i.e., on an interdepartmental and interdisciplinary basis).Behavioral Competencies:
