opportunity toAs the Ultrasound Program Manager - Portfolio, you
will be responsible for the Ultrasound Portfolio Marketing program
for our products and solutions, including definition of the
strategy across Ultrasound categories and ownership for our overall
innovation roadmap.You will be the key leader of the Ultrasound
portfolio process, in charge of building portfolio management
across the business while connecting to the PD IVP strategy,
functionally delivering Marketing Excellence across Ultrasound
categories and Services and Solutions Delivery (S&SD), building
deeper competencies and capabilities within Product Management
teams focused on Portfolio Management, VPC and our go-to-market
execution within PDLM.You are responsible for
- Portfolio management process and governance across the
Ultrasound business and categories
- Serving as the strategic champion to realize the SPOR ambition
via product innovation and ensuring the Ultrasound portfolio is
competitive in the marketplace.
- Roadmap ownership across the business, and ensuring this is
deployed effectively to our NA, China, and International market
partners.
- Working closely with the Cluster Portfolio Management Team and
other Clusters across Philips to ensure Ultrasound is embedded in
IVP's across the company.
- Intensive stakeholder management and communication, aggregating
the needs of the markets, categories, and cluster into a successful
portfolio strategy. Teaming up with Product Management, the R&D
PMO Office and the BDM team to establish our winning
portfolio.
- Responsible for lifecycle management and market readiness as
part of PDLM. Ensure completion of appropriate deliverables
and
- Customer and Market Insights: Analyze the market, the
competition, and trends on enterprise level across category
technologies to ensure the portfolio is leading the market's needs
and expectations.
- Develop and maintain a needs-based customer segmentation
requirements (across global markets and supported by Market
Intelligence and the PD Cluster).
- Assist the Product Management teams in translating in-depth
market and customer insights, as well as competitive analyses into
winning concepts/ clear product specifications for the release
train in categories, in such a way that in short, mid and long term
a sound business result can be achieved
- Drive Marketing Excellence in value proposition development
based on customer insights, including Health Economics for lead
markets. Ensure VPC and PDLM go-to-market processes are established
across the business.
- Drive definition, development and introduction of the
products/solutions, including cross-business solution development
to our customers by meeting their needs, including service and
consumables.
- Ensure Portfolio includes Product & Clinical claims roadmaps
that are sufficient to meet the needs of customers and realize our
SPOR ambition.To succeed in this role, you should have the
following skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
- Strong experience in Portfolio Marketing, Product Marketing
and/or Product Development
- Strong ability to identify opportunity areas and drive
integrated value proposition creation
- Capable of identifying and bringing together cross functional
teams to meet the desired outcome
- Solid understanding of the marketing discipline and marketing
mix elements, along with experience in developing and implementing
integrated propositions
- Ability to integrate marketing strategy into key areas of
responsibility
- Proven communication skills and ability to influence colleagues
and customers.
- Collaborative mindset to work across the BMC and Cluster
