- Establish and implement short- and long-term team goals and objectives to align with real estate objectives
- Monitor financial performance and identify operational issues that could have a financial impact
- Actively participate and provide leadership in the development of business strategies and plans and their execution
- Ensure financial reporting compliance to meet requirements of debt covenants
- Engage with senior management to establish and maintain real estate valuation policies. Director of Accounting Qualifications :
- Minimum 10 years required experience in Real Estate Finance, Accounting, and/or Business Operations
- Public accounting experience in real estate preferred.
- Experience with various asset classes including development.
