If so, lets talk. Your Role and Responsibilities The WW Manager,
MSS Client & Service Management will be accountable for managing
the Global Managed Security CSM Team. This individual will be
responsible for managing a core team responsible for critical
operational competencies such as SLA reporting, Problem Management
Program, key critical business processes and other SOC back-end
processes. This individual will be responsible for continuing to
drive forward the team objective of delivering positive client
interactions resulting in increased client satisfaction, client
retention and growth. In this role, the individual will collaborate
across teams on initiatives to improve business objectives and
better integration for client delivery. They will be responsible
for identifying, setting, and overseeing strategic initiatives
within client service management. They will be tasked with driving
increased client satisfaction, retention, and growth through team
initiatives Candidate Profile: IBM Security Services seeks to hire
an experienced leader who has successfully managed complex, global
projects and managed resources and teams. This individual shall
have a high energy level and excellent communication skills. This
individual shall possess the following: Strong organization,
leadership, and team collaboration Ability to identify areas of
improvement to align with business goals and priorities Excellent
oral and written communications skills Ability to develop strong
relationships across global teams Demonstrated experience working
collaboratively in a large organization and matrix environment
Ability to travel as needed If you are hired into a Colorado work
location, the anticipated compensation range for the position
$90,000 to $140,000 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate
compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and
experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted
appropriately. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's Degree in Information Security or Business/Management or
similar work experience At least 1 year experience in Leadership
and Management At least 2 years experience in Service Delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional
attention to detail. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business/Management
At least 2 years experience in Leadership and Management At least 3
