Seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer to join a team of experts at a Massachusetts healthcare system!The Position

• The Interim Chief Financial Officer will assist in formulating all objectives and plans and is responsible for the department of finance and for the coordination and direction of all finance activities toward common hospital goals.
• This role will report directly to the SVP of Chief Financial Officers.
• This position will be expected to assist with the budgeting process and financial analysis workstreams. They will also be asked to support new and existing projects for operational effectiveness. Finally, they will assist with the organization with the financial recovery from COVID-19 by restoring volume, maximizing LOS and capacity.
• The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in complex organizations. Be able to bond and strengthen physician and staff relationships. Be an advocate for patient-centered care and empower the team by supporting values and shared decision-making process. Workday, Hyperios and Scentilis/Axiom experience are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
