You are responsible for Lead and participate in all strategic and tactical marketing initiatives Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and preference Set current and long-term goals for internal and external (agency and vendor) teams Design and oversee the Marketing department's budget Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them as necessary Maintain Philips brand guidelines in all communications Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the senior management team Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth Track competitors' marketing and brand positioning activities Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports Work closely with sales, product, operations, scientific, IT, executive team to align marketing strategies Develop and maintain customer advisory board and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to influence product roadmap and thought leadership platforms Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels Take responsibility for annual marketing plan, strategy, and team development (internal and external) You are part of An exciting and growing marketing organization and directly report to AM&D Business Marketing Leader. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Master's degree preferred Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director, or other senior role in marketing Significant experience with, and knowledge of, the RPM, chronic disease management and virtual care industry Demonstrable experience designing, leading, and implementing successful marketing campaigns Significant knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, including SEO, web analytics, social media, paid advertising, and Google Adwords Experience supporting CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques to fill the sales funnel Excellent leadership, communications, and presentation skills Experience maintaining brand standards in all communications Strong analytical and project management skills Highly strategic mindset, with the ability to execute efficiently and lead by example In-depth knowledge of market research Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Strong team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills How we work at Philips Our newly adopted hybrid work concept fuses flexibility with collaboration to deliver great outcomes for our people and our customers.
