Be part of Philips' North America strategy and business development team, developing and executing strategic programs for our Connected Care business in North America. You are responsible for

  • Driving and facilitating strategic program development and execution for Philips North America's Connected Care business
  • Developing winning commercial strategies with the Connected Care leadership team in NA, including GTM strategies, channel strategies, strategic partnerships, investment planning, and M&A strategy and integration
  • In collaboration with global strategy, marketing, and analytics functions, maintaining strategic awareness of key market conditions and dynamics, competition, voice of the customer, and innovation trends for the Connected Care domain in North America
  • Working in a matrixed organization with business units, global strategists, market analysis and forecasting teams, marketing intelligence, and R&D teams to unlock Connectd Care growth in North America
  • Ensuring execution of the strategy, including business case development, strategy deployment, financial and operational alignment, etc.You are a part ofAs Director of Strategic Programs, Connected Care NA, you are part of a global strategy, M&A, and business development community ("SMAP") that supports and influences key decisions at the highest level of Philips. You will work in the domain of Connected Care in North America, as a member of the NA Connected Care leadership team. You will report to the Head of Strategy and Business Development, North America.To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following
    • A Master's in Business, Science or Engineering with excellent academic track record
    • A minimum of 8+ years combined business development and strategy consulting experience from a credible international consulting firm or in a corporate strategy department of a large international corporation
    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the medical technology, medical device, or medical services industry; additional expertise in software, digital, and informatics desired
    • Ability to set agenda for a business and experience to execute on a strategy while operating in a matrix organization
    • Creative mindset and validated customer and solutions mindset and experience;
    • Excellent analytics and quantitative skills
