PNM is Philips' cutting edge patient engagement and outreach solution, which helps provider organizations effectively navigate patients through critical junctures in their care.You are responsible forDevelop Sales Plans and Account(s) Strategies

  • Research the accounts and its affiliated operating model, business challenges, critical metrics, issues, goals and growth strategy to develop a Philips objective for the account and supporting account strategies.
  • Solidify the trusted advisor role by providing market insights on industry trends, competitive landscape information, healthcare legislation information that assist the account in reaching its goals.
  • Identify a strong funnel of growth potential by analyzing contract status, standardization plan, evaluating current contracts, products, needs, care gaps, and install base.Drive the Relationship of Account(s) Strategy and Metrics
    • Act as a single point for PNM accounts and own executive and department level relationships. Communicate, align and drive the team to execute on the account strategy.
    • Negotiate and oversee development of contracts for compliance, terms and conditions, renewals and extensions
    • Leverage Philips Business Tools to understand customer business needs and provide targeted solutions to include software and services.
    • Responsible for Account funnel, forecast and AOP performance through preparation and execution account plan.Own How the Customer Experiences Philips
      • Create sustainable relationships and simplified processes with executive and department level leaders as the single contact point for PNM.
      • Develop plans to prevent business and care disruptions.
      • Ensure a current knowledge of issues in each facility and monitor resolution through the escalation processes.
      • Coach the PNM delivery and support team to meet and manage customer expectations throughout the sales process.
      • Daily demonstration of Philips Leadership competencies and behaviors.Key Performance Indicators
        • Annual recurring revenue bookings
        • Sales funnel health (%)
        • Year over year account growth
        • Forecast accuracyYou are part ofPhilips Patient Navigation Manager helps hospitals automate and improve the way they communicate with patients, leveraging SMS, email, and calls to ensure patients always have the right information at their fingertips before and after arriving at the hospital or clinic. PNM engaged millions of patients each year across many of the top healthcare systems in the country and has driven meaningful results for its clients, including reducing patient no shows, improving follow-up compliance, reducing patient anxiety, and saving staff time.To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following
          • 3 years of B2B sales experience, medical sales a plus
          • Bachelor's Degree
          • Travel 10-20%
          • In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry and competitive landscape
          • In-depth understanding of SaaS businesses, particularly in the context of health tech
          • Effective communication with C-level. Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market and cross-markets
          • Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the Philips Business System by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market, health systems organization, cross business and cross function
          • Bringing people together and aligning them around common goals; leverages the power of Philips independent from organizational structures and reports
          • Problem solving skills. Able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues
