About the role Sana Biotechnology is growing, and we are hiring new team members who believe in the potential of engineered cells as medicines, who want to challenge status quo, and lead with the desire to work on novel ideas. As a Director, ERP Administrator you will oversee Sana's ERP system and strategy. This position requires a broad understanding of the ERP system and SOX compliance. You will work cross functionally across the business including Accounting, Procurement, IT, and Technical Operations. What you'll do Responsible for the overall management of Sana's ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including configuration, workflows, and overall setup Oversee the SOX compliance of the system Communicate with internal and external auditors related to SOX compliance, documentation, and testing of D365 Understand all business processes that affect the ERP system Own the ERP roadmap and the alignment across teams at Sana Oversee integrations/interfaces between the ERP system and upstream/downstream systems. Working with the business, manage the implementation of new modules or additional functionality, including documentation Coordinate and oversee the quarterly upgrade testing and system administration activities Research and provide recommendations for additions of new or enhanced functionality Manage the relationship between Sana and the ERP consulting firm, including submitting tickets and tracking progress against those tickets What we're looking for A Bachelor's degree in IT or Accounting, or other closely related fields 10 years of ERP experience, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry Experience managing ERP system SOX compliance at public companies Experience managing at least one ERP implementation Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Demonstrated highly effective communication and organization skills A creative and proactive problem solver Proven collaborative skills, teamwork, and experience in a very fast-paced environment What you should know Working safely on a predictable and regular basis is an essential job function for this position and the Company requires that all individuals, subject to certain exceptions, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 How we work together Lead from every seat - we seek to understand, act with honesty, and engage in the crucial conversations Thrive as a team - we hire amazing people, are intensely curious, and cultivate inclusion and personal connectivity Make it happen - we value vigorous debate, alignment around our decisions, and resilient execution Get to know us At Sana, we believe that a diverse workforce strengthens us as a company and helps us to achieve our mission to meaningfully change the outcome of many human diseases.
