Associate Director, Multi-Channel Marketing Strategy & Operations
working on the Multi-Channel Marketing team, you will be empowered
to help shape and implement the strategic marketing vision for the
Neuroscience commercial organization and will therefore lead the
implementation of a commercial model focused on creating unique and
truly delightful experiences for our customers. POSITION
ACCOUNTABILITIES: In this role you will: Develop strong
cross-functional collaboration with key internal and external
stakeholders to enable the execution of promotional communications
strategy and translate brand strategy into customer strategy and
multichannel marketing plan . Lead a team comprised of internal and
external cross functional colleagues in developing a roadmap, with
a focus on delivering best in class experiences for our customers.
Develop process for onboarding and sharing resources with our new
team members during their development journey and for onboarding to
MCM across the organization. Identify a set of consistent standards
to be held constant throughout the MCM organization that enable the
team to fully realize the benefit of a centralized function.
Continually monitor the external environment to identify the next
generation of Multichannel Capabilities and tools such as
artificial intelligence and technology embedded within virtual
assistants that will enable the organization to anticipate areas
for pilot and investment. Partner with Commercial Analytics and
Insights to improve data-driven decision making for evaluation of
expected ROI of new tools / approaches. Manage complex, multi-year
projects and design scalable technology solutions supporting
multiple brands and digital and non-digital channels. Oversee
evolution of technology capabilities and technology enablement.
Oversee technical vendors management. Responsibility for budget
management process and optimization across the entire budget for
the MCM organization. Support and guide development of direct and
indirect reports in marketing expertise, organizational awareness,
exposure and career development. Be responsible for Marketing
Operations, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Technology and Budget
Management Partner with leadership to facilitate meetings within
the MCM organization and develop our story to share with
cross-functional colleagues and leadership. Lead the coordination
of the MCM Business Reviews and Meetings calendar. Lead the
coordination of the MCM Team training calendar. EDUCATION,
BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Extensive experience in digital
strategy, digital platforms, design thinking, and marketing
execution Understand CRM management, Veeva, and the interworkings
between sales and marketing Look for new innovative ideas in the
external environment that deliver exceptional experiences for
customers Experience in distilling complex ideas to specific use
cases that are simple, clear, actionable, and exciting Demonstrated
ability to lead and influence without authority across a wide range
of disciplines Required: Bachelor's Degree 7 years of experience
with increasing responsibilities in sales, marketing or related
commercial function Healthcare related experience or digital
experience in consumer-packaged goods, financial services, digital
agency, or other industries. 3 years of experience with digital,
managing interactive and/or relationship marketing strategies
Experience in building data-driven marketing organization
Experience with Adobe or Salesforce Marketing Automation technology
Understanding of the brand strategy development process Experience
in distilling complex ideas to specific use cases that are simple,
clear, actionable, and exciting Demonstrated ability to lead and
influence without authority across a wide range of disciplines
Budget ownership Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with conflict resolution 6 years of experience with
digital, managing interactive and/or relationship marketing tactics
Work experience outside the US Brand management/leadership
experience Formal training/certification in design thinking
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Able to sit for long periods at a desk Able to
read and review large quantities of printed material or online
material TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel to internal and external
meetings including overnights and weekends will be required,
