Test Solutions (TS) Center is a multi-discipline organization
responsible for developing test solutions for all Raytheon
products. We are hands-on, designing with the latest technology and
tools, and integrate state of the art test solutions with the most
advanced engineering systems in the world. TS products are located
in engineering labs, in the field, and in production environments
utilized for weapon system product verification, qualification,
test data analysis, and production test solution development. TS
offers job opportunities across all phases of the engineering
lifecycle, including demonstrations, early engineering tests,
design verification tests, production, and sustainment. TS is
looking for an onsite Senior Test Equipment Mechanical Engineer in
Tewksbury/Andover, MA to be responsible for designing, developing,
documenting, and maintaining complex test environment systems for
all Raytheon products. What You Will Do Research, plan, design and
develop mechanical test systems in areas to include: electronic
packaging, mechanical fixtures, automation, radio frequency,
thermal, hydraulic, vibration, and electro-optical for production
testing environments Integrate and validate test systems against
stringent accuracy and reliability requirements Evaluate production
installations and recommend design modifications to eliminate
malfunctions Support onsite manufacturing builds Troubleshoot
mechanical fixtures and provide root cause corrective action
analysis Management and release of technical data packages This
role is 100% ONSITE in Tewksbury/Andover, MA Qualifications You
Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical
Engineering, or STEM Minimum of five (5) years of relevant
mechanical engineering experience Experience with CAD solid
modeling tools and analysis tools with an emphasis on ProE / CREO
Parametric Experience in mechanical engineering production support
US Citizen - Active and transferable U.S. government issued
security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S.
citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a
security clearance. Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S.
government issued security clearance is required prior to start
date. Qualifications We Prefer Design experience with mechanical
and electronic packaging Experience with geometric dimensioning and
tolerance analysis (GD&T) Design experience with cable
harnesses Experience with Configuration Management processes,
application, and tools (e.g., Windchill / cPDM) Experience in
mechanical sub-systems packaging, materials, thermal analysis,
structural analysis, control systems, electrical hardware design,
or large assembly development Experience with environmental stress
screening of hardware (e.g., vibration, shock, thermal, etc.) What

role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
