Massachusetts, United States of America Job Description: We are
searching for the best talent for a Facilities Lead to be located
in Cambridge, MA. The Facilities Lead ensure that the J&J
spaces, equipment installations, and utilities are available 24/7
in a safe and compliant manner for the occupants and their
activities. The candidate for this role will serve the sites
located in the Cambridge, MA area and be part of the broader
Engineering & Property Services Facilities team. You will be
responsible for : Lead and supervise 3rd party service providers,
engineers, planners, specialists, technicians and contractors to
work together as a team responsible for ensuring the 24/7
operational readiness of the facilities. Establish and maintain
excellent relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
and Facility Services partners. Final responsible for the daily
Facility Services support for the Commercial and R&D facilities
and utilities for the J&J sites in the Cambridge area. Act as
the single point of contact with site occupants and stakeholders
for the E&PS organization. Ensure compliance with regulations,
environmental guidelines and internal operating procedures
processes. Where required participate in inspections and audits.
Ensure the team and the team’s activities are audit ready.
Participate in the implementation and maintenance of business
continuity plans, emergency response plans and infrastructure
management programs. Develop, support, and manage Facility-related
financial plans and maintenance budgets. Establish a culture
focused on professionalism and continuous improvement based on
KPI’s, benchmarking and sharing best practices between sites and
departments. Responsibly act in accordance with Credo and J&J
Leadership principles. Qualifications / Requirements: A minimum of
a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering is preferred. Minimum
of 4 years of experience in facilities, utilities and maintenance
is preferred. Experienced in GxP and quality management systems
environment. Experience in Research and Development Lab operations
and spaces. Experience in leading teams through change and dealing
with organizational transformation. Strong communicator with
fluency in speaking and writing English. Drive, energy and passion
for delivering to Business commitments. Demonstrated record of
critical thinking and tactical responsiveness. Vendor management
experience. Customer focus and influencing stakeholders. Strong
reporting and presentation skills. Good organizational skills and

for this position is : $94,000.00 - $151,800.00 Additional
Description for Pay Transparency: Subject to the terms of their
respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the
Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan
(401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s
long-term incentive program. Subject to the terms of their
respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for
the following time off benefits: Vacation –120 hours per calendar
year Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who
reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for
employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per
calendar year Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per
