Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Design Engineer to join our growing team. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will play a critical role in our organization by developing and improving engineering designs and projects. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, applying your skills to create innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and is eager to apply their knowledge and experience to make a significant impact. Responsibilities: As a Design Engineer, your responsibilities will include: 1. Developing, modifying, and improving existing engineering systems and designs to meet client requirements. 2. Performing complex engineering analyses and using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to validate design competence. 3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. 4. Ensuring compliance with industry standards, including AS9100 and ITAR regulations. 5. Creating and presenting detailed reports on project status, design process, and validation results. 6. Identifying opportunities for innovation and making recommendations for improvements. 7. Providing technical guidance to junior engineers and other team members. 8. Participating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback. 9. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks as needed. Qualifications: To be considered for the Design Engineer position, you must possess the following qualifications: 1. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field is required. 2. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the aerospace engineering industry. 3. Proficiency in FEA and familiarity with AS9100 and ITAR regulations. 4. Strong technical design skills, with a keen eye for detail. 5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to overcoming challenges. 6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical team members. 7. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently. 8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 9. A commitment to continuous learning and development. 10.
