Profil du candidat Experience/Education Qualifications ---Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management. ---At least 3 years' experience in Projects and construction works in a busy environment. ---Working experience in a Petroleum company is an added advantage. ---Good knowledge in Projects Management. ---Possess a driving permit with a clean driving record. Activit--s Main Objective --- The role holder is part of the team responsible for implementing the investment budget allocated to various facilities in the affiliate. Roles & Responsibilities --- Ensure HSEQ Compliance to protect people and assets in the allocated sites. --- Ensure the proper implementation of construction/projects contracts in their area of jurisdiction. --- Embrace region rotation when need arises and participate in replacement or rotational plans. --- Implement investment budget and ensure timely liquidation. --- Advise Total Energies Marketing on the technical and regulatory aspects. --- Maintain a running relationship with HSEQ, Sales & Marketing departments so as to build a strong Field team. --- Update technical information site data, construction and built drawings, inventories, equipment etc. to ensure reliability of Data. Contexte et environnement --- Presence of experienced engineers with a rich history in project and construction management.--- Well-structured working environment with world proven standards and SOPs.--- Good office space and working tools in place.--- Functional guidance and full support from Operations Manager and Top Management.--- Supportive teams.--- Budget limitations for execution of works through the year.
