The Environment & Sustainability team's mission and passion is to advance global sustainability. We believe that environmental health and safety around the world are a 21st century safety challenge and through our work we aim to bring positive change. We test & certify products to meet our health and sustainability standards. World's leading businesses come to us to support their transition to more circular approaches and carbon management. We develop software platforms that help our clients track and measure environmental, supply chain, health, and safety management and sustainability data.
As our global footprint and customer base continues to grow, we are looking to hire a Technical Writer, who will write online help for our UL360 Sustainability software solutions. You will be a member of our Professional Services department and work very closely with the Product Owners.
This role can be performed onsite in our offices or remotely depending on your preference!
What you'll learn & achieve:
--- Write online help that spans conceptual, reference, procedural, and programmatic topics as well as release notes.--- Write, maintain, edit and provide feedback on various types of documentation as needed, e.g. online help, best practice documents, release notes, software configuration guides, user guides and training presentations.--- Iteratively develop and follow corporate style guides.--- Understand your audience and user needs to produce useful technicalcontent.--- Work closely with the Technical Writing Team, Product Development, Developers, and Quality Assurance to create accurate and clear technical documentation.
