The Learning Experience – Dedham is seeking an experienced Center Director / Co-Director to oversee operations and maintain program excellence across our classrooms. Responsibilities Lead daily center operations and staff performance Recruit, coach, and retain high-quality teaching teams Ensure consistent implementation of the L.E.A.P. curriculum Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing standards Support enrollment growth through tours and family engagement Oversee staffing, scheduling, and budget performance Build strong relationships with families and community partners Qualifications Director I and Director II certification required Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field preferred Minimum 2 years preschool leadership experience required Strong knowledge of Massachusetts licensing regulations Excellent leadership and communication skills Apply Today Join The Learning Experience – Dedham and lead a team committed to delivering high-quality early education for children and families.
