Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior
Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Behavior
Specialist role is available to support K-12 students within public
schools in Barre, VT. This in-person position involves working
closely with elementary and middle school students across multiple
schools to provide behavior support and intervention based on best
practices in applied behavior analysis. Key Responsibilities: -
Collaborate with educators and staff to develop and implement
individualized behavior intervention plans - Monitor and assess
student progress and adjust strategies as needed - Provide direct
behavioral services and support to students within classroom and
school settings - Communicate with families and school personnel to
promote positive behavioral outcomes - Maintain documentation and
ensure compliance with state requirements Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field preferred; other combinations
of education and two years relevant experience considered -
Experience delivering behavior support services in K-12 educational
settings - Knowledge of behavior intervention techniques and
data-driven progress monitoring - Strong interpersonal and
communication skills to engage effectively with students, families,
and school staff Position Details: - Location: Barre, Vermont -
Term: Contract through the 2025/2026 school year (tentative dates
aligned with the school calendar) - Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours
per week - Caseload: Students at Barre City Elementary & Middle
School and Barre Town Middle & Elementary School This role provides
a valuable opportunity to influence positive behavioral development
