Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a part-time, contract role
within a K-12 school setting in Lowell, MA. The role involves
maternity leave coverage that extends from February through the end
of the school year. This opportunity supports students with diverse
needs, including non-verbal students and those with severe autism.
Responsibilities include providing therapeutic services to students
across the K-12 age range. The caseload will be determined but
requires expertise and experience in working with complex cases
including severe autism. The position supports student development
and collaborates with school staff to implement effective therapy
programs. Qualifications and Desired Experience: - Active
Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license - Experience working
in school-based settings preferred - Ability to manage caseload
with students exhibiting severe autism and non-verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators and
families - Commitment to supporting student progress and well-being
Position Details: - Location: Lowell, MA - Schedule: Part-time,
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM - Duration: February
