MIT is seeking experienced, full-time Associate Teachers in its
Cambridge childcare centers! The MIT centers are offering
competitive salaries for Assistant Teacher - salary range
$17.00-19.00 per hour (based on education and experience) Developed

another Child Care Teacher in the classroom, you will:
- Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests
of the children.
- Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the
important milestones in their child's day.
- Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important
procedures and guidelines.We are looking for full-time Associate
Teachers with the following qualifications:
- CDA, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree (or working
toward achieving) in Early Childhood Education or related field
strongly preferred
- Experience with infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers and
commitment to nurturing their development
- Meet Massachusetts state licensing requirements for EEC
professional qualifications, or be willing to pursue
- Be at least 18 years of age, with a high school
diploma/GED
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and received your booster
shot to ensure compliance with enhanced health and safetyprotocols
