As an Appliance Repair Technician with Mr. Appliance, you are a valued member of our team by providing excellent customer service to our customers and using your appliance repair expertise. A broken appliance can disrupt a familys life you can be a superhero by getting their appliance working again. Benefits/Perks Spend more time with family! Mr. Appliance operates Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. No weekends or evenings. Specific Responsibilities Diagnoses and repair residential appliances Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment using our state-of-the art mobile app Ensure efficient use of company vehicle and equipment Job Requirements Valid drivers license with a clean driving record Ability to learn the use of our mobile app Communicate effectively with customers and team members Physically able to do the job which can require lifting, stooping, reaching and climbing. Each of the 350 Mr. Appliance locations are independently owned and operated franchises.
