Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join
our Commercial Select Projects Division based in Portland, ME .
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated construction
professional to manage and estimate a range of design-build
commercial projects valued between $1M and $10M. Client Details Our
client has over 40 years in business with various offices
throughout Maine. They work across a variety of sectors including
large and small scale commercial work and high end residential
building. Description Project Manager/Estimator - Commercial
Construction Lead project management and estimating efforts for
commercial construction projects Collaborate with architects,
clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless design-build
coordination Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and
scopes Oversee the work of one Assistant Project Manager/Project
Engineer Produce and review estimates for projects valued between
$1M and $10M Serve as the main point of contact throughout the
preconstruction and construction phases Contribute to the training
and development of junior team members Profile Project
Manager/Estimator - Commercial Construction 5 years of commercial
construction experience with a general contractor (not a
subcontractor) Proven experience in both project management and
estimating Strong background in design-build coordination is
required Experience estimating projects of $1M or more Demonstrated
ability to work directly with clients and architects Experience
leading or mentoring junior staff is a plus Proficiency in Procore
or similar project management software Job Offer Whats on offer for
