Maintenance Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC repairs Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities Identify and address safety hazards and repair needs promptly Maintain tools and equipment in good working order Custodial Responsibilities Clean resident rooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas daily Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces regularly Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal Restock supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) Sanitize high-touch surfaces and maintain health and safety standards Qualifications Experience in maintenance and janitorial work Skills in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and respectful demeanor when interacting with residents Willingness to support the Homes mission and values Benefits Competitive wages Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan Referral program Supportive and friendly work environment Ready to make a difference in the lives of others while growing your career?
