Associate Marketing Manager

About our TeamWe help inspire future directions in scientific research by nurturing and supporting scholars and practitioners in all scientific disciplines.
About the RoleThis role will partner with the broader marketing team to deliver effective marketing activities. You will also drive brand awareness, customer engagement, conversion and advocacy.
Responsibilities

  • Exciting role will be working with our Premium Brands group.
  • Developing and implementing customer-centric marketing plans informed by market trends and establish KPIs aligned to business goals.
  • Planning and executing and consistently optimize multiple campaigns that run consecutively and across different fields of science.
  • Using quantitative and qualitative insights to develop and share benchmarks and best practices.
  • Partnering with brand agency to develop visually dynamic creative and messaging which is consistent with the Cell Press brand identity.
  • Leveraging the latest technologies, including marketing automation tools, and be comfortable with continuous experiment, test, and learn approach.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in related groups, including regional marketing, media and communications, digital products, and scientific products.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelors level (BSc/BA) education
  • Experience in a marketing/science communications position, or related experience.
  • Experience in marketing analytics and some experience of tools, e.g. Adobe Analytics
