Position Title: Product Manager - Solid Tumor Oncology Marketing - JEVTANA Job Description: The Product Manager (PM/SPM), U.S. Solid Tumor Marketing will be responsible to develop and execute innovative marketing and educational tactics specific to HCP stakeholders to support the successful marketing of our products across multiple hematologic malignancies. In collaboration with Field Sales, Sales Training, Medical Affairs, Legal and Regulatory, this position will oversee launch of compliant HCP-directed initiatives intended to improve understanding of the disease state, the product, and enhance brand performance. This position is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts and will report to the Solid Tumor Marketing Lead. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Demonstrate knowledge of hematologic malignancies and market trends. Cultivate strong relationships with customers in developing deep market insights and brand tactics across various customer segments. Understand customer segmentation and execute on brand strategies. Develop and execute impactful HCP programs and tools and achieve pre-defined ROI metrics and performance goals. Complete market analyses and competitive benchmarking to inform marketing programs and tactics. Partner closely with field teams to ensure message pull through, provide support, monitor performance, and uncover opportunities and issues in execution. Work in cross-functional team to develop, coordinate, and execute field training, launch meetings, and Plan of Action (POA) meetings. Contribute to development of annual brand plan. Manage budgets to meet agreed spending targets. Manage vendors to ensure execution towards objectives. Ensure that all marketing processes, documents and tactics are developed and implemented in accordance with Sanofi Genzyme corporate compliance guidelines. Participate in financial forecasting processes. Foster strong partnerships with Medical Affairs, Clinical, HEOR, Market Access, Market Research, Regulatory, Legal, and other functions in developing the HCP strategy, to ensure aligned objectives and implementation across all functions. Willing to travel -25% of the time. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor Degree and 2 to 4+ years (depending on level) product/brand management experience Oncology Experience Preferred Qualifications: MBA or Master's Degree Experience with hematologic malignancies/tumor supportive care Pharmaceutical/biotech experience Experience managing external vendors and effective budget management Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and effectively influence, collaborate, and communicate with internal and external partners Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and demonstrated financial, communication, and presentation skills Detail-oriented self-starter capable of owning initiatives from beginning to end Strong interpersonal, oral and written skills and the ability to interact professionally representing Sanofi Genzyme Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate customer needs (internal and/or external) Demonstrated knowledge of the pharmaceutical/biotechnology regulatory environment and has proven track record of managing tactical design, messaging and execution Sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry Professional Skills: Strong project management skills Demonstrated analytical skills Passionate and confident in team environment Proven team player with ability to navigate cross functionallyAs a healthcare company and a vaccine manufacturer, Sanofi has an important responsibility to protect individual and public health.
