About This Role:
FeedbackNow by Forrester is looking for a Marketing Manager to help us deliver excellent content and guide our customers in every journey. You will map a plan for success and work with key stakeholders, including FBN management, US and international sales teams, and marketing, to drive improved results across our go-to-market process.
Job Description:


  • Research the needs of our clients, prospects, and end-use customers. Develop expert understanding of the FBN customer journey for multiple verticals and regions, and map it to key activities.
  • Develop a product marketing support plan that includes prioritizing and recommending the highest-impact activities.
  • Effectively communicate FeedbackNow's value proposition through meaningful, differentiated stories per industry. Develop concise, compelling messaging that emphasizes business value and differentiation.
  • Work with partners and one's own expertise in developing compelling marketing content (messaging, collateral, case studies, demos, and more).
  • Provide marketing support across physical (conferences and events) and digital marketing channels.
  • Drive demand generation across digital marketing channels.
  • Localize marketing efforts to international markets.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative methods to track efforts that lead to measurable outcomes.

    Job Requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree or higher.
    • Five years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or services.
    • Experience working in or supporting sales and services delivery teams.
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills; a range of audiences and formats.
    • A driven, entrepreneurial advocate for performance improvements; the ability to adapt and thrive amid juggling conflicting priorities.
