Culture Pop is one of the fastest growing brands in the beverage
industry. We are reinventing carbonated soft drinks Culture Pop
Soda combines organic juices and organic spices with live
probiotics to create a delicious, refreshing, 'fun'ctional soda. We
have a delicious variety of familiar flavors, with interesting
twists that are slightly sweet and subtly spiced. The company is
experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a talented brand leader
for our marketing team This is an opportunity to join an
innovative, passionate, collaborative and fun group of talented
people who are changing the beverage industry The Director of Brand
Marketing will report directly to the CEO/Founder. As the visionary
and champion of our amazing product, you will lead the marketing
team in achieving our goal of building the next great brand. The
job will require leadership in developing Brand Experience, Brand
Management, assisting with Creative, leading strategy for Shopper
Marketing, and Innovation. We are an emerging, exciting and dynamic
company that is comprised of team members who roll up their sleeves
and find ways to get the job done. While you will be working with
and managing some agencies, the ideal candidate will want to
actively dig in and find new ways to become a marketing leader in
our industry. Responsibilities Direct brand partnerships and
collaborations Build marketing strategy for successful brand
partnerships Lead integrated campaign planning across channels and
regions, and drive campaign innovation and execution Guide
collaboration strategy with a directive point of view Lead
marketing strategy and campaign planning Develop strategy for
integrated marketing to enhance customer acquisition and engagement
to achieve revenue goals Oversee integrated product marketing,
brand marketing, brand partnerships and operations team to ensure
strong planning, execution and operational excellence Create
playbooks for campaigns and regional scaling Develop key messages,
strategies, and techniques to maximize campaign results Collaborate
across marketing channels (e.g. social, digital marketing, PR) and
sales channels to ensure cohesive campaign execution Evaluate
post-campaign insights on launch performance and future
opportunities Partner with the sales team to execute marketing
programs at retail, with many programs being targeted for either
key and/or selected accounts Partner with the Sales Team to make
sure that key omni-channel and shopper marketing programs are
implemented and executed Lead annual brand and product strategies
Design and implement brand strategy with a strategic approach to
the marketing calendar Drive brand partnerships and collaboration
strategy, ensuring distinctive brand positioning Analyze data to
determine impact of strategies and make relevant adjustments to
tactics to drive real-time optimization, oversee creation of
processes for data-driven workflows. Partner closely with sales and
supply chain team to ensure consistent and cohesive interpretation
of brand and product strategies. Direct marketing operations Lead
marketing team in ensuring efficient management of marketing
projects and programs Manage marketing budget effectively,
enhancing return on investment Identify areas for process
improvement or enhanced efficiency in alignment with our value of
simplicity Job Requirements Bachelor's degree and 5 years of
consumer marketing experience in CPG, preferably with food and
beverage brand Proven experience at a leadership level in Brand
Marketing Experience leading integrated marketing strategy,
creating campaigns Experience influencing and driving results in a
multi-channel environment Experience working with external agency
partners Demonstrated experience leading Brand Strategy, Media,
Digital/Ecommerce, social media, Creative development, Customer
Acquisition and Retention, Shopper Marketing, Retail Marketing Must
be located in the Greater Boston Area and able to commute to
Cambridge, MA Must be willing to creatively work with a budget that
will start ---relatively--- small and grow with our company and
brand Knowledge, Skills & Abilities We are looking for a great
person with strong leadership and communications skills Ability to
interpret data, social analytics, consumer insights, to incorporate
into content strategies Strong knowledge of best practices and
trends in integrated marketing. Proven ability to synthesize
information and clearly articulate an informed path forward.

Comfort working in a cross-functional environment and drives a

skills.
