Are you ready to create the digital and eCommerce strategic plan for Connected Care, a business group within Philips focused on solutions and services for health providers, businesses, governments, consumers, payers and additional audiences around the world? Bring your digital marketing prowess allows to work with business, marketing and market leaders to study the personas of key target audiences and design and adapt engagement models for their digital interactions with Philips. Your sales prowess will allow you to partner with business, channel and market leaders to develop the online platforms for sales and client engagement, accelerating purchasing cycles and driving additional revenue. You are experience-focused, understanding that every touchpoint and workflow impacts brand perception and customer lifetime value. You are architecture-focused for tools and capabilities, and data-driven with a keen ability to adapt and shift strategies based on efficacy and KPI effectiveness. You are creative and a problem-solver, understanding market and business conditions shift and digital environment experiences must flex to meet buyers and stakeholders where they are. You are relationship-driven in your approach to working in a highly complex and matrixed organization, unifying people in strategies and planning as One Philips.
You are responsible for


  • Deliver the omni-channel / digital sales roadmap to transform the GTM strategy for Connected Care to encompass modern and digital marketing tools, processes
  • Develop the Connected Care E-commerce roadmap in consultation with businesses and key markets and working with various teams (product managers, digital & IT, supply chain, etc.) to execute these plans delivering additional revenue for the organization
  • Adept and working with external channels and partners to create strategic plan and operations that mature digital capabilities to support eCommerce growth
  • Design the digital client engagement and experience plan including how clients, prospects and stakeholders interact and explore Philips solutions and the company. This includes influencing the master taxonomy for solutions interaction in cooperation with other cluster leaders and DMEC.
  • Coordinate digital content planning across all businesses and cluster, aligning with campaign and engagement leaders.
  • Coordinate with campaign owners and markets to support their activation strategies, lead generation and sales funnel progression.
  • Strengthen the digital Marketing channel within Connected Care by leveraging and influencing the central DMEC initiatives
  • Serve as the authority for digital marketing & E-commerce within the cluster, building the capability by knowledge sharing and collaboration with a view to driving a unified client experience and ecommerce adoption across businesses and markets
  • Build the team to deliver on the digital and E-commerce roadmap in close alignment with the central DMEC team and the Marketing teams at the Cluster and in the Businesses
  • Coordinate central consulting services for integrating newly acquired businesses into the Philips digital ecosystem in coordination with DMEC.
  • Lead client journey mapping and persona development for cluster and businesses around key roles in coordination with DMEC and outside agencies.
  • Measure, report on and improve digital engagement analytics throughout the Connected Care organization to design and adjust engagement strategies for higher volumes of engagement touchpoints, qualified leads and opportunity closures.
  • Coordinate all outside agency and contract work supporting Connected Care digital activities including budgeting, planning, execution, impact measurement, relationship management and project management.
  • While activation plans are market-specific and led by markets, continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations to maximize ROI, ensuring that KPIs and objectives including driving high-intent leads from digital marketing are met both near and long term.

    You are part of
    A member of the Connected Care Marketing Organization and directly reports to the Head of Connected Care, Marketing.
    To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

    • University level education and 10+ years of relevant experience
    • A minimum of 10 years of background or expertise in leading digital experiences for B2B and B2C
    • Background in healthcare preferred
    • Personal marketing communications and presentation skills to sell your ideas and plans and advocate for a unified vision for digital engagement
    • Strong background in digital experience design for a global company
    • Keep abreast of emerging trends and ability to educate and influence direct reports and clients in collaborative, cross functional environment
    • Be a student of the industry with a creative aptitude to develop new and innovative ways of reaching clients and prospects through marketing communications
    • Excellent communication and persuasive skills with the ability to interpret data to make sound recommendations
    • High proficiency with digital platforms, marketing and analytics tools
    • Proven experience supporting the growth of new and existing businesses with digital engagement
    • Experience with B2B and B2C audiences
    • Proven project management skills across complex projects and resourcing
    • Data-focused on KPIs and measurement of project efficacy
    • Strategic thinker with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
    • Channels and content strategy background and delivery
    • Forward thinking and ability to anticipated consumer and markets needs
    • Conceptual thinker with proven able to synthesize conceptual thinking to operational functions
    • Team builder and able to influence peers and internal stakeholders despite of reporting lines
    • Effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders
    • Data-driven mindset with strong experience in decision making
    • Comfortable and able to thrive with ambiguity while managing critical stakeholders
    • Ability to travel up to 20% of the course of a three-month period.
    • Ability to work very early North American (Eastern Time) hours (such as beginning at 6 a.m. some days) to participate in global meetings
