Marketing, Engagement Strategy Lead - C-Suite (Home-Based) United States of America - Home Based Cambridge Job TitleMarketing, Engagement Strategy Lead - C-Suite (Home-Based)Job DescriptionIn this role, you have the opportunity toDrive audience-centric marketing planning, demand generation programs, and customer engagement activities for senior healthcare leadership audiences, building Philips' reputation and fueling growth for its rich portfolios of health technology solutions in North America. You are a forward-thinking senior marketing leader who keeps a pulse on healthcare trends and has vast experience writing impactful narratives and leading strategic engagements for senior executives. Working closely with the different marketing functions, you will develop a 24-month marketing plan, own the customer decision journey, and define the reputation campaign strategy for your audience, across channels.You are responsible for:Developing C-Suite engagement strategy and reputation programs

• Designing the approaching, messaging, and narrative for the C-Suite audience, by bringing a wealth of market insights, combined with deep market analysis expertise and experience
• Driving a coordinated, 24 month market-level planning cycle, aligned with go-to-market strategy and with business and sales priorities
• Championing marketing excellence and best practice sharing across the organizationDriving strategic partnerships and thought leadership in support of C-Suite engagement
  • Connecting with professional societies, patient advocacy organizations and local health technology leaders to build and strengthen strategic partnerships
  • Facilitating webinars and in-person dialogues, panels, and customer meetings
  • Supporting corporate Key Thought Leadership programs
  • Owning the customer decision journey, and driving the nurture strategy in close collaboration with the Insights & Analytics teamQuantify and measure results, demonstrate continuous improvement
    • Defining leading and lagging key performance indicators, measuring performance and continuously optimizing plans
    • Managing a set budget and driving efficiencies while realizing deliverables (cost control)To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
      • Relevant graduate degree required, MBA or medical preferred
      • 12+ years of experience in a leading healthcare company or a market research agency working in the healthcare sector (B2B, B2G or B2C)
      • Proven track record working with senior healthcare professionals
      • Structured thinker/analytical approach; proven ability to synthesize conceptual thinking
      • Effective communicator with internal and external partners
      • Strong influencing skills
      • Team player who thrives in complex, matrix organizations
