Dental Receptionist Full-Time | Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00
PM) Somersworth & Portsmouth, NH (Multi-site support) Starting at
$21.50/hour (based on experience) Be the First Smile Patients See

patients feel welcomed, supported, and informed Ensure smooth front
office operations that keep care moving efficiently Play a key role
in access to care, scheduling, and insurance workflows Be part of a
collaborative team supporting whole-person health What You’ll Do As
a Dental Receptionist, you will: Greet patients with
professionalism, warmth, and excellent customer service Support
check-in and check-out processes , including documentation and
verification Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
throughout the day Perform insurance verification and enter plans
into Dentrix , including benefit breakdowns Provide phone support,
including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and general
inquiries Process incoming and outgoing dental records , including
x-rays and releases Email x-rays and manage documentation requests
Distribute tablets to patients as needed Complete new patient
requests within established timeframes Collaborate closely with
dental providers and team members to ensure smooth operations What
You’ll Bring Required: High school diploma or equivalent Strong
customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and
stay organized in a busy environment Professional, compassionate,
and team-oriented approach Preferred: Experience in a dental or
healthcare setting Experience with Dentrix or similar practice
management systems Familiarity with insurance verification and
front office workflows Experience working with diverse or
