and detail-oriented Executive Administrator to provide
comprehensive support to senior leadership. This role requires
exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage
multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal
candidate will act as a strategic partner, ensuring efficient
operations and seamless executive support. This is an onsite
position located in Marlborough, MA What You Will Do Strong
organizational skills to proactively manage priorities between
Executive Director, General Manager, and her Leadership Team needs
as well as Customer requirements Manage complex scheduling across
multiple time zones and prioritize conflicting requests Obtain a
great understanding of the organizational key stakeholders and
their support staff to be able to effectively coordinate meetings
across the business. Develop a collaborative relationship with the
administrative staff within Mission Systems and proactively create
a support infrastructure for effective coordination Assist in the
preparation of agendas, briefings, correspondences, presentations,
and spreadsheets Communicate professionally and courteously with
stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication Arrange
travel accommodations (air/hotel/transportation) for domestic and
international business travel; ensure necessary documents and
processes are followed in advance of the trip using a variety of
processes and tools Process expense reports and invoices in a
timely manner in accordance with company policies and procedures
Schedule and coordinate logistical details for virtual meetings,
face-to-face meetings, and team events, such as agendas, guest
speakers, conference rooms, virtual recording, and virtual break
out rooms (via zoom), catering, digital technology support, and
more Schedule and coordinate logistical details for Customer
Meetings and ensure paperwork is complete and aligned to support
their needs Support team documentation activities: ensuring all
documentation is up-to-date, organized, and accurate, including
email distribution lists, shared files, Teams channels,
organizational charts, websites, etc. Support the onboarding and
personnel exit process Order office supplies and perform other
administrative/clerical and ad-hoc tasks, as assigned Work
collaboratively with other Strategic Communication Executive
Administrative Assistants, Marlborough site administrative
assistants, as well as Mission Systems Executive Administrative
Assistants and provide back up support while others are out of the
office Manage time and priorities effectively while maintaining
strong organizational practices and attention to detail to ensure
customer needs are addressed promptly Qualifications You Must Have
Previous administrative experience supporting multiple executive
leadership positions Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other
2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years
relevant experience The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S.
government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship
is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security
clearance Qualifications We Prefer Active and transferable Secret
U.S. government issued security clearance Proficient knowledge of
Office 365 Experience with Outlook (Email and Scheduling), Concur

hybrid or remote. The salary range for this role is 60,000 USD -
114,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several

experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a
